ABOUT US Ted Brown / T-Town Productions founded the festival over a decade ago and has succeeded in raising thousands of dollars for both St. Leo’s Food Connection and the Tacoma Breast Cancer Resource Center by producing this annual fundraising festival. Soon to be celebrating it’s 11th anniversary (July 10 '04) in Old Town Park, the TOTBF has established itself as an innovative, family-oriented event, drawing local and national performing artists and music enthusiast from all around the western states. |
